Girls Girls Girls

My little boy has discovered girls, especially our little next door neighbour. He is always running over to her place and inviting her to "come to my room". Once there they spend most of their time in his bed....playing cubby of course.

Looks at the adoration on my little boys face....

SING SING SING

Evan likes to sing. All the time... especially when he's in the car.

Managed to capture these moments yesterday. He loved watching himself when I played them back and sang along.

The only problem is that I don't know most of the songs he is singing. I am pretty good with my traditional childrens' songs, but some of these I've never heard of. Not a problem though as Evan feels its him mission in life to teach me. LOL

and this one...

Sydney EB Mums Get Together

Yesterday Evan and I met up with some Kris, Lyn and Leonie from my EB June 2004 group. The kids had a great time on the trampoline (see previous post) and just generally trashing Molly's room.

Molly and Jack had a very serious discussion about ownership of her blanket. Its was very interesting to watch the interaction. Evan thought so too!

After a working up a thirst and hunger from all the jumping the kids settled down to a great wholesome meal. Thanks Leonie for providing the food ;-) Am thinking of the best place to post this on EB. Maybe WDYT?

Evan and Deccy particularly enjoyed the smarties and there was a bit of a rush to see who could eat them quicker.

It was great to see the newer babies, Max and Eliza, I can't believe how much they have grown. Makes me very clucky.

Oh and this one is for Lyn.... Molly managed to find her dummy before being sprung by Mummy. She was happy to pose with it for this picture!

Thanks to Lyn for hosting at her place and for the yummy food that was organised. The kids did eat some sandwiches before the lollies, so no need to call DOCS just yet.

Trampoline Fun at Molly's

On the trampoline at Molly's place. Pretending to be field mice... don't ask!!!!!

Happy New Year

Can't believe another year has gone...its already 20007 and Evan will be 3 this year. It seems like only yesterday that he was born.

We spent New Years Eve on the Central Coast at my parents holiday place. We had an early dinner, then went back to the unit to watch the fireworks at 9.30pm.

Lucky for us we had a great view of the lake and could just sit back and watch away from all the crowds. Evan got bored after 5min and asked to go to bed..lol

The next couple of days were spent just hanging around, enjoying the sun and having a bit of a swim. Evan loved the kids water feature and kept asking to go back.
